A transparent, RFQ-friendly overview of standards, connections, sour service considerations, and QC/testing scope.
The applicable and latest revision is confirmed per project specification.
PSL selection directly impacts QC scope and certification content.
Use cases: onshore/offshore, directional drilling, workover, fracturing.
In addition to standard API threads, semi-premium / premium connection alternatives can be offered depending on the project specification and torque/sealability targets.
STC is used for general service, LTC for improved pull-out resistance, and BTC for higher axial loads. For premium connections, an ISO 13679-aligned validation/qualification approach can be clarified project by project.
For sour service conditions, material selection and risk control are evaluated in line with the ISO 15156 family.
Sour service requirements should be clearly stated in the RFQ.
NDT scope and acceptance criteria are finalized per project specification.
For a clean RFQ, please specify these 4 items: PSL + connection + test package + certificate type.
Send your grade and connection requirement. Receive a quotation with lead time and document scope promptly.
We combine multi-mill access with commercial coordination and independent QA to reduce procurement risk for energy projects.
Coverage across partner mills helps secure grade and size availability without single-source bottlenecks.
Inspection scope includes dimensional checks, visual verification, and document consistency before dispatch.
Commercial and technical documents are consolidated to support customs and project QA workflows.
Door-to-door coordination for EU, Middle East, and Central Asia destinations.
Every shipment is aligned with recognized standards and traceable quality documents.
Each OCTG lot is supplied with traceable documentation and quality records to support field acceptance and audit requirements.

Casing supports and protects the wellbore, while tubing carries produced fluids to surface. Both are supplied to API 5CT requirements for oil and gas operations.
Commonly requested grades include H40, J55/K55, N80, L80, P110, and Q125. CRA options such as L80 9Cr / 13Cr can also be evaluated for corrosive environments. Final selection depends on depth, pressure, burst/collapse, and fluid chemistry requirements.
Yes. In addition to API 5B thread forms (STC/LTC/BTC), premium and semi-premium connection options are available based on project specifications.
Q125 is a high-strength grade used for demanding wells and usually requires stricter handling. Field welding is generally not recommended, and enhanced testing/protection requirements should be defined at RFQ stage.
Shipments include EN 10204 3.1 MTC, packing list, invoice, and certificate of origin. Additional third-party inspection records can be arranged.
Standard MOQ is 5 metric tons for regular grades and sizes. Stock items can ship within 5–10 business days; production orders typically require 4–8 weeks.
